「学習記録帳」(英語名 StuLOG、iOS / Android。以下「本アプリ」)における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 本アプリで扱う情報と保存先

利用者が入力する学習の記録(時間帯、科目名、メモ、スコア)は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。
iOS 版では、複数の端末で同じ記録を使えるように、利用者自身の iCloud(Apple が提供する iCloud キーバリューストア)に保存・同期されます。この情報を、開発者が閲覧・取得することはできません。
開発者は、利用者の記録を保存するためのサーバーを運営していません。記録が開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
Android 版の記録は、端末内に保存されます。Android の自動バックアップを有効にしている場合は、Google が提供するバックアップの仕組みで保存されることがあります。

2. 広告について

本アプリは、広告配信のために Google LLC の広告サービス(Google AdMob)を利用しています。AdMob は、広告の配信・表示の最適化、不正対策などのために、次のような情報を取得・利用することがあります。

広告識別子(iOS の IDFA、Android の広告ID)などの端末識別子
IP アドレス、おおよその位置
端末情報、アプリの操作や広告の表示・操作に関する情報
クラッシュなどの診断情報

これらの情報の取り扱いは、Google のプライバシーポリシー(https://policies.google.com/privacy)および「Google のサービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用」 (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)に従います。

同意と選択

iOS では、他社のアプリや Web サイトをまたいだトラッキングについて、アプリの起動後に許可の確認が表示されます。許可しない場合も、本アプリを利用できます(広告は表示されることがありますが、広告識別子は利用されません)。許可の設定は、端末の「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「トラッキング」から変更できます。
欧州経済領域(EEA)、英国、スイスの利用者には、広告の取り扱いに関する同意の画面が表示されます。同意の内容は、アプリ内の「プライバシー設定」から見直せます。
パーソナライズ広告は、端末の設定や Google の広告設定(https://myadcenter.google.com/)で変更できます。

3. アプリ内課金

iOS 版の一部の機能(CSV 出力)は、アプリ内課金です。支払いは Apple が処理し、開発者は、クレジットカードなどの支払い情報を受け取りません。

4. 通知

本アプリは、学習記録の入力を促すお知らせを、端末内で予約する通知(ローカル通知)として表示することがあります。通知を受け取るかどうかは、端末の設定でいつでも変更できます。サーバーからのプッシュ通知は使用していません。

5. 第三者への提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、開発者が、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、上記の広告サービスなど、利用者の端末から第三者のサービスへ直接送信される情報があります(2 を参照)。

6. お子様の利用について

本アプリは、学習の記録を目的とした一般向けのアプリで、コンテンツは全年齢向けです。ただし、13 歳未満のお子様を主な対象としたサービスではありません。13 歳未満の方が利用する場合は、保護者の方の同意のもとでご利用ください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

内容を変更する場合は、このページで告知します。

This policy explains how “StuLOG” (Japanese name: 学習記録帳; iOS / Android; “the App”) handles user information.

1. Information the App handles and where it is stored

The study records you enter (time slots, subject names, notes, scores) are stored on your device.
On iOS, so that you can use the same records on several devices, they are stored and synced in your own iCloud (Apple’s iCloud key-value storage). The Developer cannot view or collect this information.
The Developer does not operate servers for storing your records. Your records are not sent to the Developer.
On Android, records are stored on your device. If you enable Android’s automatic backup, they may be backed up by Google’s backup service.

2. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, to show ads. AdMob may collect and use the following for ad delivery, optimization and fraud prevention:

Device identifiers such as the advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, advertising ID on Android)
IP address and approximate location
Device information, and information about app and ad interactions
Diagnostic information such as crash data

Google’s handling of this information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services” (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

On iOS, after launch the App asks for your permission regarding tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. You can use the App even if you decline (ads may still be shown, but the advertising identifier is not used). You can change this in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent screen for ad data. You can review your choice from “Privacy Settings” in the App.
You can manage ad personalization in your device settings and in Google’s ad settings (https://myadcenter.google.com/).

3. In-app purchases

Some iOS features (CSV export) are in-app purchases. Apple processes payments; the Developer does not receive your payment details.

4. Notifications

The App may show reminders to record your study as local notifications scheduled on your device. You can change notification settings in your device settings at any time. The App does not use server push notifications.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Except where required by law, the Developer does not provide your personal information to third parties. Note that some information is sent directly from your device to third-party services such as the advertising service above (see Section 2).

6. Children

The App is a general-audience tool for recording study activity, and its content is suitable for all ages. However, it is not a service primarily directed at children under 13. If a child under 13 uses the App, please do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.
